Ability to add new line for an answer

Very often in the surveys you may see such kind of questions that expects listing of something. For instance:

"Please list all of the positions you held in the past:"

But you cannot know for sure how many answer fields your respondent will need.

In such case you can use the 'Single line text' question type and add approximate number of fields:
