Bounced survey emails...
We are getting 'bounces' at a particular business. When sending the survey email via regular email, it gets through. Any ideas?

It is possible that this could be a spoofing issue. This issue occurs if the domain name of recipient's email address is the same as the domain name of the email that you used in the From field of the Edit Email page. We have a document with recommendations on how to resolve this issue. You can download it here http://docs.worldapp.com/collateral/R.... Plase pass it to your IT team. They will know what to do.
If it is not the same and you get bounced backs for email that have different domain name than From email address, please provide us with the survey name and email addresses for which you receive bounced back emails. We will investigate this matter. -
