CRM Integration - Ability to generate a task in Salesforce when a particular response is selected.

It would be really nice to be able to have tasks created in Salesforce every time this or that answer option is selected.


There is a question: How likely are you to recommend our customer service to your colleague?

A respondent chooses “Not likely”, which means somebody should be notified about that case. An email alert can be set up, of course, but email is an item that can be deleted or simply ignored.

What will not be missed is a task in Salesforce!

There should also be an ability to define who the task is assigned to: Lead/Contact owner or someone else (e.g.. Client services manager).
