There is a bug in the crosstabs functionality that is preventing us from producing the reports in the correct format for our worldwide users.
The only viable workaround is to download the raw data to Excel and produce and distribute the reports in that format. This is a huge overheard for us at Amadeus.
A fix would save us considerable time and financial resources.

This issue with the Advanced Crosstabs looks like a bug at the first sight, BUT if you explore the crosstabs functionality on a deeper logical level - it turnes out that the originally developed Advanced Crosstab feature outputs the proper values.
