How to embed keysurvey with its form only and not redirect to portal

Hi,
I'm trying to embed the survey I create from keysurvey to my own custom site,
whenever I try embed it using iframe it always redirect me to portal url,
what I want is embed the survey form only (question and button save),
How could I achieve this ?

    Thank you for your question!

    If the survey you are using to embed to your website is published to Participant Portal, your respondents will be prompted to log into the portal even if you use Master URL.

    Please make sure that the survey is not published to a portal, then you can use Master URL as expected.

    If you could provide the survey ID so we can check its settings, it would be greatly appreciated!

    thanks for the answer,
    however I already set it to publish via portal,
    can I unpublish it ?
    and if I'm not use any portal as the publish base, could I still link the response with my contact manager list ?
    oh and by the way I already sent an email to support@worldapp.com containing my survey ID, please do check my setting :D

    Unfortunately, there's no way to 'unpublish' the survey from the portal.
    You need to create a copy of the survey and use the copy to embed it on your website.

    In regards to your second question - when publishing a survey to a portal, you select a Contact Manager - each Contact Manager has its own portal. So your respondents will need to use credentials provided in the Contact Manager to log in.

    You can use Contact Manager to launch a survey via email with unique links - your respondents will not need to log into the portal, but they will receive their unique link to their mailbox.
