We would like to prefill some of the survey questions such name, address, organization, phone and such - thus making the survey user-friendly. How can we do this using Key Survey? Any suggestions? Thank you.

How to prefill a survey?

This is absolutely possible with Key Survey, either using our email distribution system or your own email distibution system.
* 1st option (with our email system) - is to use Autofill feature. Just to put it simple - to prefill some information into the survey will take you creating .CSV data file with that information and uploading it following the steps that described here (http://www.keysurvey.com/WebHelp/Help....
* 2nd option (with your own email system) is with the help of URL Import feature. It allows you to insert and import additional data from a survey link, such as name, address, organization, phone number etc. Please find detailed description of this feature and it's implementation here (http://http//www.keysurvey.com/WebHel....
The difference between those options is in:
1. Distribution method (our mailing system vs. your mailing system);
2. Creating a .CSV data file with Autofill, and adjusting a link (Master URL) with URLimport.
