How do you get the 'new survey' button to create new surveys? Mine does not exist.

Dear Bonnie,

I have checked your account settings and as I see you can create surveys in the 'Bonnie Cleveland' folder only as it was specified by your account administrator. To open this folder please click on the 'Main' folder on the left and then select 'Bonnie Cleveland'. After this, a New Survey button appears on the top left.
