Prolem to see my reports (results)

i want to see my reports (results) but it shows me it is empty and it it not working and in the same time there is 9 completed survey

    I have just sent you via email a response to your question you have left via our feedback form. In case you have not received it please see below.

    Free trial account is limited with 20 credits what allow you to see 20 submitted responses only. As I can see at the moment there are 23 responses submitted.

    I have added 5 credits to your account so you should be able to run a report at the moment.

    But I would suggest you either contact your account representative Catherine Shanshurova at catherine.shanshurova@worldapp.com to get a subscription or deactivate your survey in order to prevent further submitting . Survey can be deactivated by adjusting the End day on the Launch page of a survey to be in a past. Please make sure to click on the exact date once require month and year selected and click Save button.
