Possibility to insert/add a new answer option straight where you want, other than right at the end

When you need to ADD a new answer option in an already long list, the 'quick' mode is OK as long as the survey has not started. But as soon as it's received one answer this option no longer exists. If you then need to add a value which was missed, the 'Add new line' and then all the little arrow to reposition it can be an absolute chore if the list is long.
Would be nice if we had the posibility to insert a new value anywhere (see simulation below).
Has happened to me several times with customers. When several question of 200+ choices each have to be corrected, bearing in mind the 10second refresh time each time you move the new option up one rank, it takes absolute ages !

PS: I am already aware of the 'alphabetical order' display option, which will work OK for respondents BUT WILL NOT position the new value correctly in reports already created.
