Today I saw one good question on Twitter: "Creating an online survey for clients to give us feedback on our CMS. What sort of questions should I be asking, any suggestions?"
Any ideas? :)

If you are conducting a feedback survey on your CMS you may want to include questions that assess the following:
- How easy clients find contributing content to the system
- How easy they find accessing and retrieving data
- How much they trust the security of the system
- Whether it has reduced duplication of data and effort
- Whether the system has made their job easier
You could also include standard overall satisfaction and recommendation questions, and some open-text questions so that respondents can expand on any elements of dissatisfaction and/or suggest areas for improvement.
