Salesforce Ingetration: How to log out of Salesforce & into the Sandbox

With Salesforce integration how do I log out of Salesforce in a survey and then log it back into the Salesforce Sandbox? I don't see a way to do that.

    Dear Noomi,

    You can update your Salesforce login information by clicking on My Account tab and then on the Salesforce.com Login Setup tab. Please adjust your login and password (if necessary), check Use Salesforce Sandbox check box on that page and click Update.

    Please note that this settings can only be changed for all surveys in your account, not for the specific one. If you have some active surveys integrated with Salesforce please do not apply this change until they are closed.
