Set Randomization-- headaches! :(
Has anyone experienced problems using the set randomization plugin when respondents stop and return in the middle of one of those groups. (Issue:found incomplete data for one of the groups) We ran a study and noticed incomplete data from another group included with a full set of data from another group.

Hello Wendall!
There is an option in our application which allow you to insert a Save and finish later button. It would allow your resppondents to save their intermediate results and return to the survey with all their answers saved.
Please see the instructions here http://www.keysurvey.com/WebHelp/Help...
Another option to ensure that a respondent will complete all the questions - is to set all the questions from Allow to Skip to Must answer.
This could be done from the Questions page of a survey by choosing Must answer from a dropdown next to each question.
I hope that helps! -

It's probably an issue, caused by KeySurvey does not save randomization during saving the results. So if you later open the survey, it will surely recall the results, but randomization order will definitly other, then in first time. It is a good idea to let them know about it...
