    Great question! :)

Almost each provider has an email server that redirects emails to the mobile devices as SMS.

Recently we've posted the tip how survey alert can be sent to the mobile devices, which can be also used for a survey invitations. In such cases you will need to use cell numbers in the specific format instead of the email addresses (See provider formats for Sprint, Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile here)

Please note: as survey invitations will go via SMS, it should be designed in the following way:

    1) Message can be up to 160 characters long (including "From" email address and the subject line)

    2) Avoid any text formatting (html). For this you will want to turn off rich text editor while composing invitation copy.

    3) To include survey unique link use the [URL_text] tag, that will be substituted by unique survey link automatically.

    See this example:

And of course, I would highly recommend to test your survey invitation before initial launch.

I hope this information is helpful. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
