It would be great if there was a away to combine results across multiple surveys.
For example:
Each survey has an identification number for a respondent, or some sort of criteria that will always be the same for this respondent and is unique. You can then create a report that pulls responses from all surveys for an individual to see how this individual answered more than one survey all within one report.
Another example:
You have 5 seperate surveys that are all the same questions, (maybe a few additional questions in each survey) and can then easily combine them all into one report without needing to upload the responses from all into one master report.

There are certainly times, I could use this feature. What I do now is send out surveys to multiple groups, download into Excel, and then do the analysis on the combined surveys.

Now Export to CSV compatible with Upload Responses function. So you can export responses and then import them into another identical survey. The data will be exported in the format compatible with import function. No additional editing to the file format is required.
On December 7th and 8th we had live Q&A session with our customers devoted to V8 Release, where Matt Haney was answering this question.
