Does the contact manager identify duplicates? Will it identify the duplicate so it is not uploaded twice?

If you manually enter a person as a contact and then you upload a list but choose the option to delete contact if they are not found in the synchronization, will it delete the manually entered contact?

How is unique respondent data captured in the survey? is there a unique URL they use that feeds the fields data into the survey question?

Is there a maximum number of contacts per list or maximum number of fields for each contact?
