Version 8 Contact Manager question
For Version 8 I am still unclear on the contact manager. If you have multiple users, do all users have the same contact manager or is it only shared for people in the same workgroup? We have very distinct user groups but don't share contacts and I am not sure they would want others to see their contacts.

There are three types of user accounts - Admin, Multi-User subaccount and Multi-access sub-account. In order to share the contact manager the users will need to be part of a multi-access workgroup. If you'd like to have your users with seperate contact managers they should each have their own sub-account either standalone or as multi-users.
