We’ll be taking a break between 1am and 2am EDT on Sunday, 24th May

Great news.... our technical bods have found a way to make Key Survey & even better. Bad news... they need some downtime to work their magic. It shouldn’t take them long, about an hour, and we’ll try to make sure it’s all done before your alarm clock goes off.

For those interested in our magicians work, we’re completing the implementation of our new failover environment following the disruption last week. All the setup is nearly complete, we just need a few minutes to finish plugging it all in.

We’ll try and keep disruption to a minimum by working in the dead of night, but during the show you won’t be able to access Key Survey or, and survey and form respondents will be presented with a maintenance message.

    The morning after update

    Our magicians have finished their work and the new failover setup is up and running. This should result in significantly less disruption in the event of similar occurrence of the issues on May 15th.

    To complete their work both Key Survey and were taken offline between 01:01 and 01:35 EDT this morning - during this time survey and form respondents would have been presented with a maintenance message.
