WorldAPP Service Disruption - January 5th 2016

Yesterday, WorldAPP experienced intermittent issues with the Key Survey and platforms. The issue resulted in some users experiencing brief periods of slow response or unavailability to respond to requests between 10:45 and 11:22 EST.

Upon discovery of the issue, our production team reset the affected systems which resumed full system availability. The team are currently working on the cause of the issue and will implement any necessary remediation steps.
